You’re Missing the Right Lens.

One focused 75-minute session. One pressing issue. Clear direction.
Book Your Session

Does this sound familiar?

The same battles — different day.

Most parents aren’t missing effort. They’re missing interpretation. ADHD changes what behavior means — and what it needs.

Screens → power struggles

“Five more minutes” turns into arguing, bargaining, or a blow-up.

Homework → shutdown or meltdown

You can’t tell if it’s refusal, overwhelm, or “I literally can’t.”

Mornings/evenings → escalation

Your child ramps up just as your capacity runs out.

Ready for clarity?

Bring one issue. Leave with a plan you can use this week.

Book Snapshot Analysis

Why “normal” parenting tactics don’t land with ADHD

If you’ve tried consequences, lectures, stricter rules, or longer talks — and it keeps getting worse — this is usually why.

  • It’s not “won’t.”Often it’s capacity, skills, or nervous system load.
  • Motivation works differently.Dopamine and effort don’t behave like they do for neurotypical kids.
  • Timing matters. If medication is wearing off, the same request becomes a fight.
  • Environment drives behavior.Small engineering changes can reduce friction fast.

Snapshot Analysis gives you the missing middle: what’s actually driving the behavior — so your response fits.

Good fit / not a fit

Snapshot Analysis is for you if you want clarity — not a long program.

This is a one-time, premium clarity session for one specific issue. We name what’s driving the behavior and build a plan you can carry out.

One issue → one plan
Executive function lens
Medication window clarity (if relevant)
No ongoing commitment

This is for you if…

This is
  • You want help with one heavy issue (screens, homework, meltdowns, morning/evening escalation).
  • You’re tired of guessing whether it’s defiance or dysregulation.
  • You want an executive-function-based explanation and a concrete next-step plan.
  • You want to understand what to change in your environment, expectations, and responses.
  • You want clarity on medication timing and the “treatment window” (if medication is part of your child’s plan).

This isn’t for you if…

Not this
  • You want someone to “fix” your child.
  • You want validation for harsh discipline or punitive approaches.
  • You don’t want to look at your own regulation and leadership in the moment.

FAQ

Common questions before you book

This is designed to be clear and contained: one session, one issue, a plan you can actually follow.

What problems can we focus on in Snapshot Analysis?

Screens and power struggles, homework shutdowns, explosive meltdowns, morning/evening escalation, transition battles, motivation and follow-through, and “nothing works anymore” seasons. We choose one main issue so we can go deep and leave with a clean plan.

Is this therapy?

No. Snapshot Analysis is coaching and education: we interpret what’s happening through an executive function and nervous-system lens and build a practical action plan. If you’re in crisis or need clinical treatment, I’ll encourage you to seek the right level of support.

Will you tell me whether my child needs medication or what dose to use?

I don’t prescribe or adjust medication. What I can do is help you understand the “treatment window,” what medication can and can’t do, and how to observe patterns so you can have a better conversation with your prescriber.

What if my child melts down during the call?

Real life is allowed. We’ll work with what’s happening in the moment. If you need to step away briefly, we adapt. This work is built for actual households, not perfect conditions.

Do I need my partner on the call?

No. If your partner can join, great — but it’s not required. We’ll create a plan you can implement, and I’ll help you translate it into simple language you can share at home.

Why is this $350 for one session?

You’re paying for speed and accuracy: expert interpretation, an executive-function-based plan, and the “what to do next” roadmap you should have been given after diagnosis. For most families, this saves weeks of trial-and-error and reduces the emotional cost of daily battles.

Do you upsell at the end?

No pressure. Snapshot Analysis is a standalone service. If you later want ongoing support, you can ask — but the goal of this session is for you to leave with a plan either way.

If you’re stuck, bring the issue that’s costing you the most energy.
