Most parents aren’t missing effort. They’re missing interpretation. ADHD changes what behavior means — and what it needs.
“Five more minutes” turns into arguing, bargaining, or a blow-up.
You can’t tell if it’s refusal, overwhelm, or “I literally can’t.”
Your child ramps up just as your capacity runs out.
Bring one issue. Leave with a plan you can use this week.
75-minute Snapshot Analysis • $350 • No ongoing commitment • No pressure to continue
If you’ve tried consequences, lectures, stricter rules, or longer talks — and it keeps getting worse — this is usually why.
Not a generic checklist. A structured deep dive into one issue — with a plan you can actually use.
Concrete next moves — not more information to translate.
Snapshot Analysis is built for the moment you’re stuck: screens, homework, explosive meltdowns, mornings, evenings — the same issue circling back no matter what you try.
I’m a clinician, a parent of two kids with ADHD, and a person with ADHD myself. That means you get both: clinical clarity and lived understanding — without shame, blame, or “try harder” advice.
“I’ve gotta find the experts — that’s how we found you. The program has been so helpful. I’ve learned a ton about myself. Being able to show up fully and support my step-son’s beautiful spirit is life-changing.”
“I actually look forward to spending time with my kid again.”
“This is the first time I’ve talked to someone who truly explained my kid to me — and I’ve worked with multiple therapists and psychiatrists.”
“I was at the very beginning of my teen’s ADHD journey and didn’t know where to start. I needed to understand why my parenting techniques weren’t working — and what would.”
“Kelly has a wonderful way of explaining how the ADHD brain works and makes it easy to understand. The more parents understand ADHD, the better they can support their child.”
This is a one-time, premium clarity session for one specific issue. We name what’s driving the behavior and build a plan you can carry out.
This is designed to be clear and contained: one session, one issue, a plan you can actually follow.
Screens and power struggles, homework shutdowns, explosive meltdowns, morning/evening escalation, transition battles, motivation and follow-through, and “nothing works anymore” seasons. We choose one main issue so we can go deep and leave with a clean plan.
No. Snapshot Analysis is coaching and education: we interpret what’s happening through an executive function and nervous-system lens and build a practical action plan. If you’re in crisis or need clinical treatment, I’ll encourage you to seek the right level of support.
I don’t prescribe or adjust medication. What I can do is help you understand the “treatment window,” what medication can and can’t do, and how to observe patterns so you can have a better conversation with your prescriber.
Real life is allowed. We’ll work with what’s happening in the moment. If you need to step away briefly, we adapt. This work is built for actual households, not perfect conditions.
No. If your partner can join, great — but it’s not required. We’ll create a plan you can implement, and I’ll help you translate it into simple language you can share at home.
You’re paying for speed and accuracy: expert interpretation, an executive-function-based plan, and the “what to do next” roadmap you should have been given after diagnosis. For most families, this saves weeks of trial-and-error and reduces the emotional cost of daily battles.
No pressure. Snapshot Analysis is a standalone service. If you later want ongoing support, you can ask — but the goal of this session is for you to leave with a plan either way.
If you’ve been stuck in the same loop—screens, homework, meltdowns, mornings, evenings—Snapshot Analysis gives you a clean explanation and a practical next-step map.
